Buoncristiani Wine Dinner.
On Thursday,
September 4th, at 6:30 pm, the Knife & Fork will host a wine
dinner featuring guest speaker Jason Buoncristiani of Buoncristiani
Family Winery and Gemella Wines. Run by four brothers,
Buoncristiani Family Winery was named a rising star of Napa
Cabernet by the Wine Spectator and produces award winning reds,
including the Napa Valley OPC, a proprietary blend of Cabernet,
Syrah, Merlot, and Malbec. Jason started the Gemella label
in 2005 with Kristin Buoncrisitiani to focus on unique and
exceptional whites, including the Viognier which will be featured in
the dinner. The Buoncristiani and Gemella wines will be
accompanied by a four course dinner created by Chef Michael
Newkirk. $65 per person, excluding tax & gratuity.

deadliest catch finally arrived last Friday--but they went
quickly! A new shipment is due in at the end of the week, but
as always quantities are limited. To make sure you get your
